With over 25 years of experience in high-level office administration, I am Alison (Ali), a certified Virtual Assistant and the founder of AMF Typing Services (est. 2001) and Co-Founder of TAVASA (est. 2008). As an “old-school” typist, I pride myself on the accuracy and meticulous attention to detail that only decades of professional experience can offer.

I am proud to be joined by my daughter, Katie, whose advanced technical background—including MCSD, MCSE BI, and Web Design certifications—allows us to bridge the gap between traditional administrative excellence and modern IT solutions. Together, we offer a specialized suite of services:

We can work for clients worldwide, all documents can be sent or received via WhatsApp (photographs, scanned), emailed, online ‘send this file’, etc. Documents can easily be photographed and sent. If the client would like to meet with us, we are happy to attend a Zoom, TeamViewer, WhatsApp video, etc., meeting online.

All rates are following SAFREA (Southern African Freelancers’ Association) guidelines.

AMF Typing Services uses an inverter/Solar/Battery backup during load shedding.
